You won't believe the rollover note in this, the number 1 track player, in Camphor Burl. There's a reason I've been wary of working with Camphor. Wasn't the high price for the wood but the knowledge cutting it produces that smell we hated as a kid when Mom dosed our pains with it. My nose is none to happy about creating this hen in a round pot. But my eyes and ears are plenty happy and I'm sure will be the same to it's eventual owner. As for that crag above the track, that's a characteristic of burl wood and rather than fill it with some material, I left it treated with CA glue. Tis what many call character wood.
